PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To maintain rigidity of a regulator panel, to realize weight saving and to weld the divided regulator panels each other in the state that they are accurately positioned in a wire type wind regulator. SOLUTION: In the wire type wind regulator, the regulator panel is divided into two parts and the adjacent parts are overlapped. At least two through holes 12b1 are formed at one of the adjacent overlapped parts of the two-divided panels and at least two clip pieces 12a1 engaged with the two through holes, closely attaching the two-divided panels and determining a relative position in the two perpendicular directions are formed on the other as cut and bent pieces. The two-divided panels are welded/fixed in the state that these through holes are engaged with the clip pieces. COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO
