PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a temporary tacking method for a tape fastener, by which an article has a good appearance, the use of an adhesive is eliminated, and a male type engaging element is prevented from being tangled in a nonwoven fabric, and a producing method of a wearing article. SOLUTION: In the method for temporarily tacking the tape fastener having the male type engaging element 23 to the nonwoven fabric, a male surface of a first region 21 disposed with a plurality of the male type engagement elements 23 is brought into pressure contact with the nonwoven fabric, and a force is applied so that the male surface and the nonwoven fabric are rubbed together to temporarily tack the tape fastener to the nonwoven fabric.
