PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a double round fan, which is easy to house, carry, and produce, is used without causing fatigue in the hand, produces wide and much wind with a little force, can have an effective function of advertisement or a pamphlet on both sides of two sheet surfaces, has apertures for inserting fingers, and is provided with two fanning sheets for fanning with two sheets. SOLUTION: A material suitable for an objective application and an expression of a fanning function is designed to secure two fanning sheets (1) and folds (3) are made around the center part. The apertures (2) are bored at both sides and the upper part of the center, in the vicinity of parts with which the fingers come into contact when the round fan is held on the palm. The round fan is used by folding the two fanning sheets (1) at the folds (3), being held on the palm, inserting the fingers into the apertures (2) at the right and left and the upper part of the center so as to be easily used by a user, and moving the hand to fan.
