METHOD FOR SORTING RAW TEA LEAF AND APPARATUS FOR CONTROLLING THE RAW TEA LEAF

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To sort raw tea leaves by regulating a sortation value to have a predetermined sorting ratio predetermined from capacity of containers of raw tea leaves during carrying-in the raw tea leaves in several packages. SOLUTION: In a controlling process of the raw tea leaves in which the tea leaves are preserved by sorting in plurality of measuring a quality assessment of the raw tea leaves and comparing the same with the sorting ratio, a method for sorting the raw tea leaves for regulating the sortation value to have the predetermined sortation ratio depending on transition of mean values of the quality assessment of the raw tea leaves is used.
