PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pillow that can be used to improve the mental activity of a user, for example, to solve a child's stress or to improve the physical activity of a demented elderly. SOLUTION: An intermediate layer 3 is arranged around a core material 1 using carbon fibers. A sound-emitting section 2 is arranged in the interior of the intermediate layer 3. A surface section 4 is arranged on the surface of the intermediate layer 3. The sound emitting section emits a sound similar to the cardiac sound of a mother. The intermediate layer 3 is formed of a low resilience foam material. The surface section 4 is formed of an artificial leather.
