PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ionized water treatment apparatus which has a satisfactory cleaning effect for the water passing therethrough only at one time by enhancing the ionizing effect more than that in the conventional apparatus and prevents the clogging of the apparatus due to scale buildup. SOLUTION: In the ionized water treatment apparatus, the water is ionized and cleaned by bioceramic 9 which is introduced into the way of a water passage and incorporated therein. Therein, a water inlet 10 is enclosed with a fine ceramic sleeve 12, many pieces of spherical fine ceramic 13 are disposed near the inlet 10 so as to be able to move in accordance with the inflow of the water, ultrasonic waves are generated by collisions among the fine ceramic 13 pieces themselves due to the movement and, as a result, aggregates of water molecules are micronized.
