<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve a ball-point pen type coating utensil, in which no agitation of ink is necessary and with which correction can be made by concealing mainly errors in writing or the like with white ink. <P>SOLUTION: In a coating utensil, at the tip of which the tip of a ball-point pen and at the rear of which an ink housing tube are provided and in the ink housing tube at the rear of which, the ink having shear-thinning properties are provided in the ink housing tube and, at the rear of the ink, a follower following up the ink in accompany with its consumption is provided, groove parts with a proper depth are provided in the fore end part at required positions of a shaft part integrally provided with the tip in its bore part and a valve chamber, at the rear end of which a tapered or spherical valve seat and at the center of which a guide hole communicating with its rear are formed and, at the same time, in which a spherical valve element is inserted movably back and forth, is formed at the near middle part in the rear of the groove parts. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO |
