<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a simple protection mask which accomplishes the sufficient function of a filtration, adsorption or infection layer incorporated into the mask by blocking the infiltration of the outside air from between the periphery part of the mask and the face with a higher tightness regardless of wearing persons. <P>SOLUTION: In the simple protection mask, a deformable gas cell is formed along the periphery of the protection mask having at least filtration and/or adsorption layers to keep the periphery part of the mask and the face tight therebetween. More preferably, at least the periphery part has a shape so as to well fit the unevenness of the face or the ability of retaining shapes enough to impart a required form. In the wearing of the mask, the gas cell existing between the periphery part thereof and the face is pressed accurately leaving no clearance thereby achieving an excellent close adhesion. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO |
