PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dimensionally adjustable product display tray whose size can be freely adjusted to suit it to the size of an object to be placed thereon or a place of storage though it is a less costly and ready-made type, and that can reduces inventory control because of the ease of use for another purpose. SOLUTION: An inner box 5 made by removing one side of a box 4 of the same shape as an outer box 3 is slidably and unremovably inserted into the outer box 3 made also by removing one side of a box 2. By providing an engagement portion 7 in the sliding direction of the inner box 5 on the outside surface 6a of the bottom plate 6 of the inner box 5 and providing an engagement piece 9 corresponding to the engagement portion 7 at the insertion side end 8 of the outer box 3, the inner box 5 is inserted into the outer box 3 and slid, and the engagement piece 9 of the outer box 3 is fitted into a recess provided in the required dimensional position of the engagement portion 7 of the inner box 5 for engagement.
