PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus for raising a plant, with which the amount of ventilation is grasped in excellent precision. SOLUTION: In the apparatus for raising the plant, when an exhauster 25 is operated, air in an apparatus main body 1 is sucked from an air exhaust vent 22 formed on the lower side of an inner lid body 5, namely on the ceiling surface of the apparatus main body 1, made to flow in the inner lid body 5 and exhausted through exhaust vents 42 on the peripheral wall of a top lid body 20 and exhaust vents 54 of a handgrip 15 to the outside. Simultaneously the apparatus main body 1 has negative pressure and air is sucked from the outside through the top opening of an air flow channel which is composed of a route extended from an air intake hole at the bottom of a base body 3 to air inlets 30 and 60 at the top of an air flow channel 22a of a bucket 2 and a gap 70 into the apparatus main body 1.
