PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To certainly prevent the generation of a flute sound-like noise generated when a gap between a damper and a retainer is a predetermined distance. SOLUTION: The first gear part 31 is formed into a frame shape having a hollow part 32 and a wide tooth part 33 of which a tooth width is larger than those of other teeth parts is formed on one of a plurality of teeth parts. When the damper 2 approaches to a position where the noise is generated, the wide tooth part 33 is pressed to the direction of a hollow part 32 by the tooth part of the second gear part 41 and it becomes difficult that the first gear part 31 and the second gear part 41 maintain the stationary state by the elastic reaction force and the damper 2 is automatically rocked. Thereby, it can be avoided that the damper 2 is stopped at a position where the noise is generated. COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO
