PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem wherein a gas having high reactivity is left in a container after sterilization, and denatures or deactivates an enzyme solution packed therein in a conventionally used method of ethylene oxide gas sterilization although the enzyme solution is required to be packed in the sterilized container for stably preserving the enzyme solution for a long period in the sight of prevention of contamination with various germs. SOLUTION: The method for stabilizing the enzyme solution involves decreasing the concentration of the ethylene oxide gas left in the container before use when packing the enzyme solution in the container sterilized by the ethylene oxide gas.
