PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize a therapeutic apparatus capable of performing therapy based on a correct temperature distribution image on a breathing treated object.

SOLUTION: This therapeutic apparatus has a therapeutic means 51 used by an operator to supply therapeutic heat to a predetermined part of a treated body 1; a monitoring means 704 for monitoring the respiration of the treated body on the basis of the respiratory tract internal pressure of the treated body; and an imaging means 11 for performing magnetic resonance imaging of a temperature distribution image of the treated part synchronously with an output signal of the monitoring means abreast with the therapy performed by the therapeutic means.
