PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ordinary combine harvester realizing lateral rotation of a reaping part, enlarging operation space around the reaping part and facilitating maintenance. SOLUTION: The ordinary combine harvester is equipped with a traveling apparatus 2 under a machine body frame 1, a threshing apparatus 3 above the machine body frame 1 and the reaping part 5 having a reel 6, a reaping blade 7, an auger 8, etc., in front of the machine body frame 1, respectively. Furthermore, a transportation apparatus 10 composed by surrounding a transporting body 24 for transporting grain culms from the auger 8 to the threshing apparatus 3 with a transportation case 23 is installed between the auger 8 and the threshing apparatus 3. In the ordinary combine harvester, the transportation apparatus 10 is composed so as to be laterally freely rotatable together with the reaping part 5 with a vertical shaft 30 arranged between a lateral side of a lateral face 27 on any one side of the left and the right sides of the transportation case 23 and the front side of a front plate 28 of the threshing apparatus 3 as the center.
