PURPOSE: To improve the handleability of the valve for a user by making the discharge of the contents per unit time adjustable as the stem is moved and easily adjusting the discharge. CONSTITUTION: This valve consists of a valve housing 2 with a detaining part 3 provided on its inner periphery, a stem 6 moving in the housing 2, with first and second orifices 8 and 9 successively formed and with a recess 11 furnished at the inlet of the second orifice 9, a first stem rubber 13 with a part held between the housing 2 and a mountain cap 1 and closing the first orifice 8 and a second stem rubber 14 held in the recess 11 and closing the second orifice 9. When the stem 6 is moved from a non-use mode position, the first stem rubber 13 is firstly deformed, and then the second stem rubber 14 is deformed by the detaining part 3 as the stem is further moved. |
