SUBSTANCE: invention relates to tableted composition that is able to delivery immediately the first active component containing in external envelope and further continuously and to delivery the second component in the controlled volume from osmotic internal compartment as yet the dosed form floats in surrounding liquid. The composition comprises: a) pressed internal compartment containing active agent and osmotic ally active agent; b) semi-penetrable membrane with plasticizer surrounding an internal compartment where membrane I penetrable for surrounding liquid but non-penetrable for active agents; c) envelope of active internal compartment consisting of mixture of gas-forming component, agent causing swelling, gel-forming agent together with the second active agent.
