The thyroidal cartilage resection is carried out by cutting it in vertical direction on the middle and posterior segments boundary in separating thyroidal cartilage plate from larynx soft tissues in the middle and posterior parts step- by-step. After removing the injured thyroidal cartilage fragments, plastic repair of the thyroidal cartilage is carried out utilizing sternohyoideus and nodding muscle by creating their duplication. EFFECT: prevented tumor growth recurrence; retained carcass function of the thyroid gland.
