FIELD: operation of water-supply wells; designed for increase of water-supply well productivity. SUBSTANCE: filter has supporting frame in form of perforated tube with filtering coating and provided with plugged from below flexible hose located in form of spiral on external side of filtering coating. Hose upper end is opened for connection with pressure source. Installed on filtering coating are L-shaped clamps, whose horizontal flanges are rigidly secured to perforated tube. Leaning against said clamp vertical posts are external surfaces of flat flexible rings contacting filtering surface. Internal side of flat flexible rings carries bristle from flexible pins, between which, holes with nozzles are made directed towards filtering coating. Nozzles are narrowing towards filtering coating with internal curved spiral guides. Installed in cavity of flat flexible rings are pulsers made of, at least, four springy bent plates freely fitted on vertical axle. Said plates form angle of 90 deg by their opposite end faces.
