FIELD: manufacture of building structures from hardening composition and fiber. SUBSTANCE: structure is manufactured by applying layer of hardening composition and layer of cellular cloth on revolving templet followed by similar operations. Cloth is applied over entire height of templet. Then article is dried and removed at simultaneous removal of templet. Plant proposed for realization of this method includes revolving platform with drive, templet with flanges, spool with cloth and device for impregnation of fiber with polymer compound, device for drying and tension of impregnated fiber, device for application of hardening compound, device for manufacture of cellular cloth made in form of vertical loom with shuttle for weft and tier tower for spools. Templet may be compressed and flanges are dismountable. Device for impregnation of fiber with polymer compound is made in form of vertical cylinder with two rows of holes located along longitudinal axis of cylinder. Device for application of hardening composition is secured on truck movably mounted on vertical support; it consists of guide on which hose with nozzle for supply of hardening composition and unit for ensuring constant perpendicularity of nozzle relative to surface of templet are secured. Building structure made in form of box profile with rounded-off opposite faces includes layers of hardening composition and cellular cloth with light heat- and/or sound-insulating and cross-linking material placed between them.
