The cutting machine comprises a body (25) defining a head rail opening (30), a bottom rail opening (40), and at least one blind slat opening (35,36), a plate (46) for cutting the head rail, a blade assembly (55) for cutting the bottom rail the blind slats, and a drive mechanism (70).
