METHOD OF REPAIR OF DEFECTS ON SURFACES OF ARTICLES AND DEVICE FOR REALIZATION OF THIS METHOD

FIELD: repair of various metal and non-metallic articles; oil-producing, chemical, food-processing and pharmaceutical industries; mechanical engineering. SUBSTANCE: proposed method includes cleaning of defective area and area near it, securing unit for delivery of repair composition, delivery of this composition to cavity of defect and subjecting it to heat treatment. Repair composition is delivered to defective area by vibration at simultaneous forming of surface of section to be repaired by means of forming part and changeable forming insert. Device proposed for repair of defects includes apparatus for delivery of repair composition and attachment units. Repair composition delivery apparatus includes vibrator connected with forming part equipped with changeable forming insert. Located between them is heater which is provided with screw for pressing the forming part to surface of part under repair. Device has uprights for securing it to surface of article. EFFECT: enhanced efficiency and durability of article under repair. 5 cl, 1 dwg
