DEVICE FOR SEPARATION OF METALLIC ADMIXTURES FROM FLOW OF TECHNOLOGICAL MASS OF IRON ORES

FIELD: mining industry; devices for separation of technological flows at concentration of iron ores. SUBSTANCE: proposed device has two guide passes closed by gate valve with drive mechanism connected with metal warning unit. Drive mechanism of gate valve is made in form of three-link crank mechanism at one degree of mobility and electromechanical drive of flywheels of crank mechanism; metal warning unit is provided with exciting and compensating coils and analytical device for determination of difference in electric conductivity in finding metallic articles and indicating their presence; it is connected with electromechanical drive of flywheels of crank mechanism. Gate valve is mounted for motion and separation of metallic articles from flow of technological mass due to plane-parallel motion of connecting rods. Proposed device ensures reliable isolation of crushing and grinding equipment from metallic articles, including alloyed steels. EFFECT: increased productivity. 4 dwg
