FIELD: food engineering. SUBSTANCE: apparatus has tank provided with discharge branch pipe and jacket with heat carrier supply and removal system, and heated mixing device mounted in tank lower part so as to divide tank into hopper part for solid product and collector for continuously delivered liquid product. Mixing device may be made in the form of hollow cylindrical helical spiral connected with heat carrier supply and removal system of tank jacket.
