FIELD: production of haberdashery and leather goods. SUBSTANCE: semi-finished product is formed of side wall, internal enclosure and carcass member mounted on wire frame. Side walls, internal enclosure and carcass member are connected with one another. Carcass member flanges are positioned between edges of side wall and internal enclosure and are secured with said edges through main seam and auxiliary seam. In particular embodiment, additional seam is provided for connecting edges of internal enclosure and carcass member flanges and is positioned between main seam and auxiliary seam. Semi-finished product may be used for manufacture of bags, cases and like articles. EFFECT: improved consumer properties of articles by increased tightening of side walls. 7 cl, 8 dwg
