FIELD: locks. SUBSTANCE: cylinder lock has locking pins installed in radial holes of rotating cylinder for interaction with key with specified profile and assemblage of opposite pins put into holes formed in immobile body of lock. Lock includes unit to displace locking pins radially towards axis of rotating cylinder when the latter is in given angular position. Magnetic means include first permanent magnet located inside hole where opposite pin corresponding to it can move and second permanent magnet coupled to above-mentioned key and tailored for attraction of first permanent magnet towards axis of rotating cylinder when key enters rotating cylinder.
