SUBSTANCE: invention relates to air moisture-hardened polyurethane formulations for moisture-protecting coatings on metallic, wooden, and concrete surfaces in industrial construction and road building, in construction of bridges and tunnels, in mechanical engineering, and when impregnating glass cloth and other textile materials. Formulation containing mixture of oligooxyalkylenepolyols with primary hydroxyl group content 25 to 100% and a tertiary amine as catalyst additionally includes0.26 to 1.52% monofunctional alcohol, said mixture of oligooxyalkylenepolyols being characterized with content of ethylene oxide units 9-17,7% based in the summary mass of oligooxyalkylenepolyols and monofunctional alcohol.
