SUBSTANCE: method involves filling tank with washing liquid so as to form free space above it; creating vacuum in free space; after removal of washing liquid, additionally creating vacuum above clean cloth surface and simultaneously providing centrifugal rotation and supplying atmospheric air into tank to zone under clean cloths.
