FIELD: ferrous metallurgy; treatment of steel beyond furnace in ladle by circulating degassing. SUBSTANCE: proposed device includes vacuum chamber with suction and drain branch pipes, pipe line connected with suction branch pipe and water-cooled oxygen tuyere mounted in working cavity of vacuum chamber. Vacuum chamber is additionally provided with water-cooled gas tuyere. Oxygen and gas tuyeres are mounted in diametral horizontal plane of working cavity of vacuum chamber and are provided with respective drives for performing reciprocating and rotary motion. Outlet nozzles of tuyeres are perpendicular to their longitudinal axis. EFFECT: enhanced efficiency; possibility of heating lining during inter-melt periods. 3 dwg, 1 ex
