The sawing jig for condyle parts (2,3) of a femur (1) for implanting a knee prosthesis comprises a miter box (6) which to be fitted in the end of the femur. It has two parallel holes(13,14) able to receive two positioning pins (4,5) previously implanted in the femur condyles. An Independent claim is included for ancillary equipment for placing the saw jig.
