PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a corrugated fin type heat exchanger in which a fluid to be cooled 10 flows in a plurality of passes, capable of precluding a heat transfer from one side of a core to the other side at the boundary where the fluid is turned back. SOLUTION: The corrugated fin type heat exchanger is structured so that a partitioning part 5 is provided on its header 4, and a heat insulating plate 6 is installed inside the core 3 in the position of the partitioning part 5.
