PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fabric using yarns having excellent antistatic, antimicrobial, deodorant and thermal storage and heat insulating properties. SOLUTION: The fabric uses laminated yarns formed by slenderly cutting a synthetic resin film laminate obtained by coating at least one surface of a synthetic resin film with a resin containing functional fine particles. Furthermore, the method for producing the fabric is carried out as follows. The top surface of mold release paper is coated with a resin solution containing at least one selected from a polyurethane resin, an acrylic resin, a polyester resin and a silicone resin and dried. At least one surface on the resin layer is then coated with the resin containing the functional fine particles to form a film containing the functional fine particles. The resultant synthetic resin laminated film is slenderly cut to form the laminated yarns for use. COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO
