PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wall drain type urinal, securing the degree of freedom for designing the height of a bowl and simultaneously preventing relatively large foreign matter from entering a drainage channel and having good cleaning efficiency. SOLUTION: This wall drain type urinal comprises a bowl having a drain cylinder with a drain port in the center and a recessed part formed on the outside of the drain cylinder, a cover mounted on the recessed part to communicate the drain port with the air in the bowl and covering the drain cylinder, and a drainage channel having a trap formed substantially U-shaped to connect the drain port with a drain pipe disposed in the wall surface.
