<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable performing output control not to accidentally display and print important information such as security information or information associated with privacy in a document written in a predetermined language. <P>SOLUTION: A document analysis part 102 extracts elements and names of the elements from the document, a keyword comparison part 104 compares the names extracted from the analysis part 102 with keywords set in a keyword setting/storing part 103 to determine whether the names match respectively with the keywords, if matching is determined, the elements of matched names in the document are replaced with elements capable of being output, and a document output part 106 outputs the document including the replaced elements. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO |
