<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a microstrip line capable of interrupting DC components propagating through a ground conductor, and improving passing loss characteristics in a wide band. <P>SOLUTION: This communication device comprises a dielectric substrate 1, a line 2 formed on one face of the dielectric substrate 1, a ground conductor 3 formed on the other face of the dielectric substrate 1, an interdigital capacitor 5 formed of the ground conductor 3, and a chip capacitor 4 mounted on the ground conductor 3 in parallel with the interdigital capacitor 5. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO |
