PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a connector used for an electromotive device like compressor prevented from an erroneous wiring of a lead wire to be connected, and reducing damage of the lead wire. SOLUTION: The connector (1), connecting lead wires (8) piece by piece to a plurality of terminal pieces (4) formed to power supply terminals (3) housed in a terminal box (20), comprises a main body part (5) engaging with all terminal pieces (4) formed to the power supply terminals (3), and a plurality of guiding grooves (12) formed to the main body part (5) into which, the end part of the lead wires (8) are fitted. A prescribed guiding groove (12) out of the guiding grooves (12) is formed so as to extend toward a take-out opening (14) of the terminal box (20). COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO
