PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a visitor from entering premises or a building, masquerading identity, by simplifying the procedure during visit to a person in charge at the destination of visit. SOLUTION: This visitor-identifying system has an identifying means which identifies who the visitor is by biometrics at a visitor gate, a recorder which records the visitor information regarding the visitor in advance, and a guide means which performs specified guidance, based on the visitor information of the identified visitor. In this case, since at the visitor gate it is identified who the visitor is by the biometrics and the specified guidance is performed, based on the visitor information of the identified visitor, this can simplify the procedure during the visit to the person in charge at the destination of visit.
