PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simultaneously draw stereographs in an area separated by an obstruct and in an area outside the obstruct with a map display device for drawing a stereoscopic map. SOLUTION: When a viewpoint position 13 is present in an area separated by the obstruct, on the basis of each data of three-dimensional structure data and obstruct data stored in a map data storing section, present location information detected by a present location detecting section, and visual line information, the location of a near plane 17 deciding the drawing range in the visual line direction for drawing a three-dimensional structure from the viewpoint position is set between a first plane 22 and a second plane 23, thus the stereographs in the area separated by the obstruct and in the area outside the obstruct are simultaneously drawn.
