<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To properly perform a charging processing of a private copy in a copy processing system. <P>SOLUTION: An employee accesses to a service center through a portable telephone and applies for a private copy (S100). A management server returns a use menu (UI) screen to the portable telephone (S102). The ID number and desired number of copies displayed on a copy device are input to a screen (S104). After the management server collates the ID number and decides the propriety of permission (S106), the management server calculates a password number and returns it to the portable telephone (S108, S110). The management server records use information in a use information storage part at the same time (S140). The employee inputs the password number displayed on the portable telephone to a controller (S112, S114). The controller specifies the copy device and number of sheets of the copy of operation indication from the password number (S115), and instructs operation permission to the copy device (S120).
