<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a low-cost disposable quantitative immunosensor which does not need a washing process thereby not producing liquid waste. <P>SOLUTION: The disposable immunosensor for detection of a target antibody in a liquid sample comprises a reaction chamber, an immobilized antibody in the reaction chamber, a reporter complex containing a probe and a reporter complex antigen, a detection chamber, a sample introduced in the reaction chamber, and a path for the sample located between the reaction chamber and the detection chamber, and the probe is bonded to the reporter complex antigen which bonds to the immobilized antibody, and the strength of the bond between the reporter complex antigen and the immobilized antibody is weaker than that of between the reporter complex antigen and the target antibody. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO |
