<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a second opinion support system that can reduce the burden on a patient of desiring to obtain a second opinion. <P>SOLUTION: In this system/method, a second opinion support server 11 is provided between a hospital system 12 to which a medical doctor for conducting the first diagnosis belongs and a terminal 13 for executing the second opinion, so as to mediate data therebetween. The second opinion server 11 classifies the data transmitted from the hospital system 12 into opened information and non-opened information opened and non-opened to the medical doctor providing the second opinion, and transmits only the opened information to the doctor providing the second opinion. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO</p> |
