<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To control display of a high opening ratio and multi-gradation color display wherein multi-coloring and area gradation are realized by simplifying a circuit configuration. <P>SOLUTION: An output circuit to a pixel electrode PX serves also as pairs of transistors NM2, PM2, NM3, PM3 for holding a video signal by bridging AC power sourcesϕp,ϕn, and the writing state of data is controlled by connecting capacitance CB to the pixel electrode PX and using the charge accumulated in the capacitance CB. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO</p> |
