PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently fix an annular sleeve to a mold. SOLUTION: A mounting piece 2 is fitted to the fitting hole selected from a plurality of fitting holes 11 in a seat plate 1. A cap 3 is threaded to the female thread part 41a of a hole part 41 in the sleeve 4 beforehand. The seat plate 1 is fixedly placed on the mold 6. The sleeve 4 having the cap 3 fitted to the lower end thereof is lowered, and the cap is fitted to the engagement part 22 of the mounting piece 2 to mount the sleeve at a specified position. When concrete 7 is placed, deformed bars 5 and the sleeve 4 are buried in the concrete. The mold 6 is removed after the placed concrete 7 is solidified. COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO
