PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a facsimile apparatus which adequately obtains and manages destination information of communication management information outputted as a communication management report. SOLUTION: The facsimile apparatus acquires a sender's number by a sender' s telephone number acquiring function on reception; stores a transmitting terminal identification by a facsimile signal as destination information of the communication management information in a system memory part when receiving a transmitting terminal identification signal (TSI) of a facsimile communication signal or a transmitting terminal specification signal (NSS) of non-standard function setting during facsimile reception; and stores the sender's number obtained by the sender's telephone number acquiring function in the system memory part as the destination information of the communication management information when the transmitting terminal identification by the facsimile communication signal is not received (steps S101 to S110). Thus, the destination information of the communication management information is stored in the system memory part and the destination can be always listed on the communication management report.
