PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a voice calling apparatus which enables the service user to perform telephonic communication with the other party of an objective telephone number by talk sending or to send a mail after connecting, by call sending, his own telephone terminal to it by an access number. SOLUTION: This voice calling apparatus possesses an information value storage 14, which registers and stores the pair of the related information consisting of a recognition vocabulary and the telephone number of the other party of an objective telephone and/or a mail address, and the addresser telephone number of the service user as registered information via the Internet 20 from an Internet terminal 2, and the user connects with this voice caller by call sending from the telephone terminal 3; and this retrieves the recognition vocabulary and the telephone number of the other party of the objective telephone number and/or the mail address of the destination of mail transmission from the registered information, and this connects with the telephone number of the other party of his telephone by call sending, and the caller talks by telephone with the other party of his telephone by talk sending without sending a call anew, or he transmits a voice mail to the destination of mail transmission, or transmits an electronic mail to the destination of mail transmission.
