<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To increase the response of cooking information to acquiring operation when cooking is performed by using the latest cooking information. <P>SOLUTION: When a request for acquiring cooking information is given from an external heating controller 9 for performing a cooking control based on the cooking information, a network communication processing part 15 is connected to the Internet 4 and, when first gaining an access to a data supplying external device 5, erases the cooking information stored in a flash memory 16, and acquires the cooking information from the data supplying external device 5 and stores the cooking information in the flash memory 16. When the acquiring request is given again, the requested cooking information is confirmed whether the information is stored or not in the flash memory 16.
