<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To predict indication which changes accompanied by a user's usage such as the cost including the maintenance cost and the abolishment of a product, and CO<SB>2</SB>or the like exhausted from the product based on user's product use history about the product newly bought by the user. <P>SOLUTION: A product information presenting system is provided with an operation use history DB 32 for accumulating the operation use history of the product by corresponding to the identification information of user's used product, an evaluation method DB 22 for accumulating the evaluation method for the evaluation items as various indexes which become validation criterion when the user hopes for purchase to each product included in a product category, and a machine type information DB 21 for accumulating machine type peculiar parameter for machine type evaluation of each product included in the product category. The evaluation item that the user specifies is evaluated by using the operation use history of the user's used product accumulated in the operation use history DB 32, the evaluation method accumulated in the evaluation method DB 22 and the peculiar parameter accumulated in the machine type information DB 21 about the evaluation object machine type specified by the user. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO |
