<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a staff dispatch and managing system that can manage the attendance situation of staffs, while taking the working condition between a client and the staffs into account. <P>SOLUTION: This system has a working condition DB for storing the working condition between the client and the staffs, and daily time to come office, daily time to leave office and the like are received from the staff via a cellular phone or the like to be stored in a duty DB as a duty result.
