METHOD AND PROGRAM FOR LABOR MANAGEMENT

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and a program for labor management that can efficiently manage the work of workers working in a plurality of sites.

SOLUTION: A worker transmits a work start report to a managing system 20 using a cellular phone terminal 10, when starting the work in the working site. A management controller 21 extracts a working plan correlated to a terminal identifier, and judges the propriety of starting the work, based on the present date and positional information of the worker. A work-started time is recorded when the work is allowed to be started. When the worker finishes the work, a work-finished report is transmitted to the management system 20 using the cellular phone terminal 10. The management computer 21 calculates a working time in this time based on the work-started time and a work-finished time. Prediction of a progress rate is calculated based on a progressed situation up to this time and the working time in this time to be transmitted to the cellular phone terminal 10. The worker reports the progressed situation referring to the prediction of the progress rate.
