PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system allowing messages to be managed in units of communications even if communication means used among users are different from each other.

SOLUTION: This system is equipped with a first storage means for storing therein a base point message and the other messages by associating them with base point message ID (identification), a second storage means for storing the message ID and a base point mail addresses by associating them with each other, a transmission means for reading a base point mail address corresponding to the message ID of a first message from the second storage means on receiving the first message from a first user and transmitting the first message from the mail address to a second user, and a receiving means for reading base point message ID corresponding to a base point mail address of a second message from the second storage means on receiving the second message and storing the base point message ID and the second message by associating them with each other.
