<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tube for a heat-exchanger capable of enhancing its productivity and miniaturizing the heat-exchanger in its blowing direction. <P>SOLUTION: The tube 2 is furnished with a passage 6 composed basically of a flat portion 20, flat portions 21 and 22, a joining part 23 and side edges 24 and 25 and an inner fin 7 installed in the passage 6, wherein the inner fin 7 has a part to be held 28 held pinchedly between the side edges 24 and 25, and the part 28 is formed from two straight portions 28a whose one-side edges are joined with a curved part 27a of the inner fin 7 and a folded-back part 28b joined with the other ends of the straight portions 28a, wherein the installation of the inner fin 7 is set in the tube 2 manufacturing processes, and brazing of the tube 2 is made only with solder layers 30 and 31 of the inner fin 7. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO |
